Born and raised in Orange County California, Adam Rodriguez has been mixing and creating music since the early age of 13. DJ A-ROK has been very fortunate to be a second Generation Disc Jockey after having the torch passed down to him in the early 90's by his father. His massive music knowledge comes from his bilingual background and also listening to his father "ROCK" many crowds since the early 80's. A-ROK has always been passionate about his music selection and is constantly searching for that next super hit to play at your next event. He is a true natural with a great gift in reading a crowd and knowing what music to play for any event. His high energy mixing style includes a wide variety of music genres from English to Spanish which makes him an extraordinary bilingual DJ and Emcee. With 17yrs of experience he started playing at small private events and eventually worked his way up to the hottest night clubs in Orange County, Los Angeles to Las Vegas, Nevada. In 2010 his unique talent landed him in the beautiful beaches of Cancun, Mexico where he performed at the world famous Coco Bongo Club. His outstanding performance has gained him popularity within the DJ Community and recognized by his top clients such as Double tree hotels, Hilton's and Nordstroms . DJ A-ROK's current passion is performing at Weddings, Corporate and private events along side with his right hand man Ivan Grijalva.
